i was tweeting on private about the fixation some (often male) fans have on the gore and violence of Venom over literally like anything else
and my train of thought took me to
“stylishly animated Lethal Protector movie” and man
that would be great imo
i was thinking about it in the context of into the spiderverse’s game-changing animation ofc
comic inspo… etc…………………….. it would need tweaking but WHAT DOESN’T. i actually think LP would work really well for a standalone movie. well. i say this but i only read the novelization not the comics. STILL i think it would be fun. Lethal Protector is nice cause it’s fairly self-contained and mixes genuineness with goofiness and some serious shit. at least… again. at least the novelization does.
god i want to draw concepts for this now but that would mean restarting my entire laptop because, Wacom. lol. why. why do you do this to me it’s not even pen pressure. it’s “pen doesn’t even register for some reason” so then i go into the thing and restart the thing, and then the pen is recognized finally but NOW there’s no pen pressure and restarting the thing again doesn’t do anything so then i go and doodle in mspaint
